All people are lazy in themselves, and there's nothing you can do about it. Yes, there are workaholics who seem to be not lazy at all, but they also feel that way. They just get going while working and can't stop. But as soon as they slow down a bit — it will also be hard for them to return to the work rhythm.

I want to tell you about an absurd method of fighting laziness that works almost 100%, and that not many people know about.

When a person is too lazy to do something, no matter how absurd it sounds, they're still doing something. 🙂 They're watching TV, lying on the couch, drinking beer, or doing something else. Nevertheless, they are occupied with something. And that's a paradox. Because it seems to us that laziness is when you do nothing. In fact, laziness is when you're doing a lot of things, just not what you need to do for work or important household chores.

Now, let's talk about the most effective method of fighting laziness.

You might be a little surprised by this method, but I suggest that before criticizing, you should try it yourself. Moreover, it will only take you 5 minutes, and your laziness will disappear.

The method is quite simple and absurd: to defeat laziness, you need to... do nothing.

Doing nothing means literally nothing. Well, almost nothing. That is, you shouldn't lie on the couch, you shouldn't watch TV, and so on. You just need to stand in the middle of the room and stand. Just stand, doing nothing but standing.

And believe me, after 5–10 minutes of such standing, you will gather your thoughts, remember important tasks, and you will desperately want to stop standing and start working on them.

So that's the perfectly simple method for combating laziness that works 100%.

So, tell me, did it work for you?

I've always been curious why some dreams repeat. I have one dream that has been recurring throughout my life — at different times and with varying frequency. Sometimes it happens once a month, sometimes once a year, and there were times when it didn't occur for several years. I feel like there must be some reason for such a dream, but I still can't understand it.

The dream is always roughly the same: I am walking through a forest to a cave. But every time the path is different. Sometimes I cross a river, sometimes I navigate through thickets — everything is constantly changing. With each new dream, I seem to remember the path better. I already know where I can take shortcuts, where to go faster, and the next time I walk more confidently, as if I have really been there before.

But there's one odd thing: as soon as I approach the cave, which is near a clearing, the dream always ends.

I'm curious, what do you think such recurring dreams mean? Have you experienced anything similar? Maybe you’ve dreamt of the same person you don’t even know, or a place that continuously appears in your dreams?

Let me know, I’m very interested to read.
