These Terms of Use govern the use of qrazy.net (the “Website”, “Service”, or “Platform”). By accessing the Website, registering an account, viewing materials, or posting content, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2.2. The user agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering and using the Website.

3.4. By posting content on the Website, the user grants qrazy.net a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, reproduce, display, technically process, distribute, and use such content for the operation, development, promotion, and protection of the Website.

3.5. The administration may remove, hide, change visibility, restrict distribution, or otherwise moderate any user-generated content without prior notice and without providing reasons.

3.5.1. The Website is a forum/social-type platform where users independently create and publish content. Opinions, statements, and materials posted by users are solely the opinions of their respective authors and do not reflect the position of the Website administration.

3.5.2. The administration does not conduct mandatory prior review of all user-generated content and shall not be responsible for materials posted by users.

3.5.3. The administration makes reasonable efforts to identify and remove materials that may violate applicable law, third-party rights, or community standards; however, the administration does not guarantee immediate detection or removal of such materials.

3.5.4. Any person who believes that material posted on the Website violates applicable law, their rights, or legitimate interests may submit a request to support@qrazy.net, including a link to the relevant material and a description of the alleged violation.

3.5.5. After receiving a request, the administration may review the relevant material and, at its sole discretion, remove it, restrict access to it, edit it, or leave it unchanged if no violation of these Terms or applicable law is established.

3.6. The administration may edit, adapt, format, shorten, supplement with metadata, translate, process, transform, or otherwise modify user-generated content for the purposes of operating the Website, improving service quality, enhancing presentation and usability, moderation, content categorization, compliance with applicable laws, user protection, development of Platform functionality, and other legitimate interests of the Website.

3.7. The administration is not required to keep backup copies of user-generated content and does not guarantee that such content can be restored.

4. Moderation and Enforcement

4.1. The administration may apply any measures it considers necessary to protect the Website, users, third parties, and its own interests.

4.2. Such measures may include:

• issuing a warning;
• removing or hiding content;
• restricting account functionality;
• temporarily or permanently blocking an account;
• deleting an account and related data;
• restricting access by IP address or other technical identifiers.

4.3. The administration may choose not to disclose the reasons for moderation, blocking, or deletion.

4.4. Failure by the administration to respond to a violation does not mean approval of such violation and does not waive the administration’s right to take action later.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. All elements of the Website, including design, software code, structure, logos, interface, and other materials, except user-generated content, belong to qrazy.net or are used lawfully.

5.2. Users must not copy, modify, distribute, decompile, sell, or use Website elements without written permission from the rights holder unless otherwise permitted by law.
