How to Write a Movie Script

Learn how to write a movie script: from creating an idea to developing characters and dialogues. Get tips on structure, style, and formatting to bring your film to life on screen!

Illustration with ancient symbols
Media question about ancient symbols

It has always been interesting: how are scripts actually written? How do you come up with a story in which many events that initially seem completely unrelated eventually intertwine and turn into a cohesive plot?

In fact, writing a script is not as difficult as it seems. The main thing is to break the entire process into steps. Even if at the first stage these steps seem unrelated, later we will be able to connect them into one storyline and create a complete story.

Let's try to create a script step by step right here. We will take a certain film as an example and gradually build its plot.

So, let's get started.

What is the film about and how should it end?

What is the film about and how should it end?
What is the film about and how should it end?

First, we need to come up with the main idea of the film, as well as its beginning and ending.

Interestingly, you can think of the beginning and end at the same time, even if they seem completely unrelated and absurd at first glance. Our task is to later come up with a path that connects these two points.

Let's base it on a comedic story that takes place in a remote village or countryside.

So remote that the inhabitants know almost nothing about modern technologies and can't even imagine what the internet or electronics are.

Beginning:

  1. A boy named Maxim finds a smartphone by the river. The phone is on and functional, but for him, it is practically an unknown device. There is no internet in the village, so he doesn't even understand what possibilities have opened up for him.

Ending:

  1. The village is closed for an unknown reason by some special services. And it is at this moment that the real owner of the phone, found by Maxim at the very beginning of the story, appears.

The beginning is laid out.

In fact, I just came up with the beginning and end without really thinking about how one leads to the other. Now our task is to gradually develop the events and build a path between these two points.

Creating groups of characters

Creating groups of characters
Creating groups of characters

Now we need characters. And it is not necessary to come up with their personalities, biographies, and all the details immediately.

At this stage, we need groups of characters that will interact with each other as the plot unfolds.

We are not thinking yet about what exact role they will play. They need to provide us with different storylines that can later intertwine.

1. Maxim and his family

Maxim does not know his real parents. He was raised by his grandfather, who always tells the same story: Maxim's parents disappeared in the forest when he was still small.

2. Maxim's friends

  • Anna — a girl he likes, but for now, they are just friends.
  • Anton — a reckless guy who constantly gets into trouble but is always ready to dive into any adventure.
  • Alexey — a smart and calm friend who studies well and quickly figures out everything new.

3. Fox and Leshy

There are also two characters — a girl nicknamed Fox and her partner Leshy.

They live apart from the village and occasionally appear there to pull off some dubious deeds.

They seem to be criminals, but not entirely villains. They may have their own reasons for acting that way, and over time, the audience should start to doubt: are they really bad?

You can add as many characters as you like. Right now, it doesn’t matter who they are or what roles they play.

The main thing is to create figures that we will later "play" with, like chess pieces.

Now we have characters. The next step is to devise situations they will find themselves in.

Creating situations

Creating situations
Creating situations

The plot of a film or series needs to be divided into separate episodes.

Let's imagine that our film lasts the standard 90 minutes. We'll divide it into blocks of about 15–20 minutes each.

In each block, different events with different groups of characters will occur. Gradually, these lines will begin to intersect and unite into one story.

Our task is to come up with:

  • how each block begins;
  • how it ends;
  • which characters are involved;
  • how their stories intersect.

Block One — The Setup

1. Maxim finds the phone

Maxim finds the smartphone. It works, but the boy knows almost nothing about such devices.

He starts to explore the phone and discovers videos.

All the recordings are shot from a first-person perspective. In them, a person is trying to escape from this area but is unable to do so.

The last videos seem like farewells. The person is clearly frightened.

Maxim notices that the place in the video looks familiar to him. This person was somewhere near the village.

The last recording cuts off at the moment when the phone's owner sees something horrifying, after which the phone drops.

2. Fox and Leshy

Meanwhile, Fox and Leshy are walking through the forest and discussing a new plan.

They are planning to break into the village and steal a valuable item — a map — from the head of the settlement.

Here, we reveal their characters.

Yes, they are up to no good, but the audience should understand that maybe everything is not that simple.

3. Maxim's Friends

Anton comes to Alexey and suggests going into the forest at night: to light a campfire, tell stories, and spend time together.

They decide to invite Anna.

They cannot find Maxim because at that moment he is by the river finding the phone.

What to do next?

Now we have a rough draft of the first episode.

We need to go through each episode and each event one more time.

We need to ask questions:

  • Can the scene be made more interesting?
  • Is there logic in the characters' actions?
  • Can an unexpected twist be added?
  • Why does the character act this way?

If you have friends, you can gather them together for a brainstorming session.

They will offer ideas, and you will jot them down.

Often, the most interesting plot solutions come from such discussions.

So, to come up with a script for a film or series, you need to:

  1. Think of the beginning and end of the story.
  2. Create groups of characters.
  3. Divide the story into plot lines.
  4. Break the plot into blocks where the stories of different characters develop and intersect simultaneously.
  5. Come up with a hook for the next episode.

The main rule: do not think right away about why something should happen.

First, come up with the beginning and the end.

And only then create the path between them.

This is often how the most interesting stories are born — when there are initially two points, and the whole plot becomes the search for the road between them.

I wrote this almost in one breath, so please don't judge too harshly. But if you follow this principle, you can create a truly interesting film or series.

The main thing is to start creating the story. The rest will appear in the process.

The meaning of life: the strongest answers of philosophy

Explore philosophical views on the meaning of life, from ancient Greek thinkers to modern concepts. Discover which ideas about the purpose of existence inspire and challenge our perception of life.

Illustration with ancient symbols
Media question about ancient symbols

In childhood and adolescence, no one thinks about the meaning of life. Such thoughts come in adulthood. And many people closer to their 40s increasingly ask themselves the question – why do they live, what is the main goal of their existence.

Teachers in schools and universities insist on the pursuit of education and development. They say, learn – and a wonderful future will be opened to you. Parents wish to see their children successful and fulfilled. To help them and "pull up" the younger ones. In short, it seems that everyone is trying to instill some sort of their program in us from an early age.

So what is the meaning of a person's life? In helping others? But that’s unlikely. Charity when one has the means is, of course, good and noble. But turning it into the sole purpose of one's existence is definitely not worthwhile.

Or is the meaning in obtaining education and self-realization? Undoubtedly, work that brings pleasure and good money is important. But is that all there is to a person's life? What about those who have not managed to find their dream job? Or workers in factories, mines, and waste processing plants? Agree – these people hardly dreamed of working in these industries. But their work is essential and needed for everyone else.

Maybe the meaning is to leave behind offspring? But some people remain alone or do not wish to have children at all. Or they may not have that opportunity. So, is their life, then, devoid of meaning?

If we consider the opinions of famous philosophers, each of them had their own answer. Here are a few of the strongest views:

  • Socrates believed that the meaning of existence lies in moral self-improvement;
  • Aristotle urged people to develop unique abilities and intellect, considering this the key to a happy life;
  • Epicurus suggested that the meaning of life is found in the absence of mental and physical pain;
  • Thomas Aquinas saw the purpose of existence as living according to God's laws;
  • Karl Marx stated that we must unite and build a just society;
  • David Hume believed that every person is free to choose their own path to happiness – and in that lies the meaning of their life.

Perhaps there simply isn't a single answer to this question. Each of us has our own values and desires, our own measure of happiness. And that is absolutely right.

Sexual Disorders: Causes, Types, Symptoms, and When to Seek Help

Learn about sexual disorders: their causes, types, and symptoms. Get advice on when to seek professional help to improve your intimate life and restore confidence.

Illustration with ancient symbols
Media question about ancient symbols

Human sexuality can take many forms. People have different desires, fantasies, and ways to derive pleasure—and this in itself is not a sign of illness.

The problem arises when sexual behavior begins to cause significant suffering, interferes with life, becomes uncontrollable, or violates the rights and safety of others. It is in such cases that specialists talk about sexual disorders.

When Sexual Life Becomes Challenging

Intimate relationships can suffer not only due to psychological reasons but also due to physical disorders. A person may face:

  • lack of sexual desire;
  • difficulties with arousal;
  • pain during sex;
  • inability to reach orgasm.

Such problems can reflect on relationships, self-confidence, and overall quality of life. Sometimes they occur temporarily, while other times they persist for a long time. In many cases, the assistance of specialists, therapy, and accurate information can significantly improve the situation.

Erectile Dysfunction: Why Problems with Erections Occur

Erectile Dysfunction
Erectile Dysfunction

Erectile dysfunction (ED) is a condition in which a man regularly cannot obtain or maintain an erection sufficient for sexual intercourse or other forms of satisfying sexual activity.

One occasional failure is not considered an illness. This can happen due to fatigue, stress, or other temporary factors. But if the problem becomes persistent, it can seriously affect a man's life.

According to estimates, erectile dysfunction affects at least 12 million men in the USA.

The issue becomes particularly significant if it:

  • causes stress and anxiety;
  • reduces self-confidence;
  • damages relationships with a partner;
  • may be a sign of another condition.

The causes of ED can be physical, neurological, or psychological. Usually, treatment begins with lifestyle changes, and if necessary, a doctor may prescribe medication.

Why Some Women Experience Difficulty with Orgasm

Why Some Women Don’t Experience Orgasm
Why Some Women Don’t Experience Orgasm

Not every woman reaches orgasm only through penetration—and this in itself is not a problem.

Female orgasmic disorder means persistent difficulties in reaching orgasm that cause significant personal discomfort.

Before making a diagnosis, specialists consider various factors:

  • relationship issues;
  • partner violence;
  • high stress;
  • insufficient sexual stimulation.

Assistance typically includes sexual therapy, relationship counseling, and addressing psychological causes. Sometimes hormonal treatment is considered, although its effectiveness remains disputed.

Pain During Sex: Sexual Pain Disorder

Pain During Sex
Pain During Sex

About 15% of women in North America regularly experience pain during sexual intercourse, especially during penetration.

This condition is referred to as genito-pelvic pain/penetration disorder or sexual pain disorder.

It can lead to:

  • decreased sexual desire;
  • relationship difficulties;
  • lower self-esteem;
  • emotional discomfort.

Treatment depends on the cause and may include consultations with specialists, couple therapy, and specific exercises.

When Sexual Desire Disappears

Hypoactive sexual desire disorder is associated with a long-term lack of interest in sexual activity.

It may manifest as:

  • a person stops initiating intimacy;
  • does not respond to a partner’s attempts to get close;
  • rarely experiences sexual thoughts or fantasies.

A diagnosis is considered only when the problem persists for at least six months and causes significant discomfort.

It is important to distinguish this condition from asexuality. Asexuality in itself is not a disorder.

Paraphilias: Unusual Sexual Interests and Disorders

Sexual Interests and Disorders
Sexual Interests and Disorders

Some people experience arousal from unusual objects, situations, or fantasies. Such traits are referred to as paraphilias.

The mere existence of an unusual interest does not indicate illness. It becomes a disorder if it:

  • causes significant distress;
  • interferes with normal life;
  • harms others.

Exhibitionism

Exhibitionistic disorder is associated with the desire to expose one’s genitals to others without their consent.

It is thought to affect about 2-4% of men. Among women, this condition is observed much less frequently.

Fetishistic Disorder

Fetishism is related to sexual arousal from specific objects or body parts. The mere presence of a fetish is not a problem.

It becomes a disorder if:

  • arousal without the fetish object is nearly impossible;
  • the person experiences significant discomfort;
  • social or professional life is affected.

Voyeuristic Disorder

This condition is related to obtaining sexual arousal from secretly watching people without their knowledge.

The subjects of observation can be individuals who:

  • are undressing;
  • are naked;
  • are engaged in sexual activity.

For a diagnosis, such arousal must persist for at least six months. Among adults, such behavior is a crime.

Frotteurism

Frotteuristic disorder is associated with sexual pleasure derived from touching or rubbing one’s genitals against another person without their consent.

It is most commonly seen among young men approximately between ages 15 to 25.

Transvestic Disorder

Cross-dressing in itself is not a mental disorder.

It becomes a problem only when such behavior causes significant distress or interferes with a person's life.

BDSM and Disorders Related to Pain and Control

BDSM practices can be part of a healthy sexual life if they are based on:

  • mutual consent;
  • safety;
  • respect for partners' boundaries.

Problems arise when causing or receiving pain becomes compulsive and disrupts a person's life.

Sexual Masochism

In sexual masochistic disorder, a person derives arousal from situations involving suffering, humiliation, or submission.

A diagnosis is given only when it causes serious psychological or social issues.

Sexual Sadism

Sexual sadistic disorder is related to gaining pleasure from causing pain, fear, or humiliation to another person.

If such practices occur between consenting adults safely, they are not considered a disorder. Violent actions without another person’s consent may be a crime.

Pedophilia: A Dangerous Disorder Related to Attraction to Children

Pedophilia is considered one of the most dangerous paraphilias as it involves sexual interest in children.

It is defined as a lasting sexual attraction to children before the onset of puberty. A diagnosis is considered if such fantasies or desires persist for at least six months.

Characteristics of the condition include:

  • more commonly seen in men;
  • can be related to attraction to boys or girls;
  • often persists throughout life.

The exact causes of pedophilia remain unknown. Researchers are considering the potential roles of hereditary factors, developmental characteristics, and traumatic childhood experiences, but definitive evidence is still lacking.

Key Takeaway

Unusual sexual preferences in themselves do not indicate a disorder. Modern medicine evaluates not how behavior differs from the norm but whether it causes distress to the individual, interferes with their life, and violates the safety of others.

Why do some adults learn languages quickly while others struggle?

Understanding why some adults find it easier to learn languages than others is related to differences in motivation, experience, learning methods, and cognitive abilities. Factors such as age, personal interests, and learning approaches can significantly affect the speed of language acquisition. Discover how to overcome challenges and improve your language learning skills!

Illustration with ancient symbols
Media question about ancient symbols

Why do two people, placed in the same conditions, master a foreign language at completely different speeds? One confidently constructs phrases after just a few lessons, while the other struggles for weeks to memorize the simplest structures. New research by neuroscientists offers an explanation that relates not so much to the classical language centers of the brain as to how large neural networks are organized.

It's not just about the "language" areas of the brain

The study, published in the Journal of Neuroscience, was conducted by Peilun Sun from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and his colleagues. According to the authors, differences in the ability of adults to quickly learn a new language are largely determined by the characteristics of interaction among large-scale functional networks in the brain.

The study involved 101 healthy young adult native Chinese (Mandarin dialect) speakers. On the first day of the experiment, all participants underwent brain scanning while performing a series of language learning tasks. The basis of the program was an artificial language called Brocanto2, specifically created for scientific research. This model allows for the study of the learning process without mixing it with prior experience in real foreign languages.

Seven days of learning under the scientists' supervision

After the first day, participants continued to study daily for another six days. Throughout the week, researchers tracked how successfully they were mastering new material. The final results from the seventh day were used as an indicator of learning effectiveness, and changes in the success of completing individual tasks allowed for the construction of individual learning curves for each participant.

The scientists then compared the data obtained during the initial brain scanning with how the individuals fared in their learning. This comparison revealed several consistent patterns.

Attention and flexibility turned out to be more important than expected

The analysis showed the existence of a distinct overall "neural signature" associated with successful language learning. Notably, key differences were found not in traditional language areas of the brain.

The best results were shown by participants who had higher activity in two large functional networks:

  • dorsal attention network;
  • frontoparietal network.

Both are involved in processes of attention concentration, goal-directed behavior, flexible problem-solving, and memory work.

The authors suggest that more efficient functioning of these networks helps to quickly identify important information, successfully use feedback to correct errors, and gradually accumulate new language knowledge. Therefore, increased activity in these systems may well explain the higher learning speed.

What was left out of the experiment

At the same time, the researchers emphasize that the experiment lasted only seven days. If the observation period had been significantly longer, regions of the brain responsible for processing the native language would likely have started to play a more noticeable role in mastering the new language.

Future research, in the authors' view, could determine not only this but also examine whether the identified brain characteristics influence how its functioning reorganizes as language practice is accumulated.

Why adults learn at different speeds

The results suggest that at the very early stages of learning a foreign language, individual characteristics of the large neural networks in the brain largely determine how quickly a person will progress.

How one mistake led to unexpected success

Discover how one mistake became a springboard to unexpected success, changing the approach to errors and providing new opportunities for growth.

Illustration with ancient symbols
Media question about ancient symbols

Sometimes unexpected luck comes from completely random circumstances. And even what seems like a mistake at first may turn out to be the start of a very promising future. This is often what people talk about in success stories from life.

Something similar happened to me once. After studying to be a marketer, I got a job at an advertising agency. It had just opened, and I was one of the first employees. The team was amazing – I still remember those wonderful days with warmth. The boss had a subtle sense of humor but was also very understanding and fair. Such bosses are rare.

But there was a significant downside to this job – a low salary. Since the company was just starting out, there were few orders. Therefore, we all worked part-time, just a few hours a day. Accordingly, I had to look for some side jobs. Even then, the money was not enough to get by.

While searching for new clients, I met a man – the owner of a small plastic window manufacturing company. The client turned out to be strange and a bit whimsical. He seemed to want advertising, but constantly postponed meetings due to his busyness. Eventually, we met near my home – he was passing by and got stuck in the snow. Together, we pushed his car out, while simultaneously discussing the topic of advertising.

He then struggled to decide on the design and slogan several times, and our meetings and phone calls were fruitless. Then he suddenly called me and offered me a job! He was opening a new office and hiring staff. He decided that I was the right fit for him and promised a salary three times higher than what I was earning at the agency.

Everyone I knew told me that it would be a mistake to work for him. Truly – he was some kind of strange businessman, talked a lot, and couldn’t make up his mind about anything. In short, a blowhard.

But I thought it over and decided to take the risk. I quit and joined the new office. I had to learn several computer programs, travel to another city for training, and get into the details of production. The first months were very difficult and stressful – I often remembered my work at the agency with sorrow and regretted my decision.

Then, gradually, everything got better. I managed production and purchases, accepted orders, and collaborated with dealers. I mastered the process of participating in tenders – and my career took off. The new boss turned out to be demanding but generous. I no longer faced financial difficulties. On the contrary, I reached a level I had never even dreamed of before.

By the way, he never ordered advertising from that agency. And the agency closed down six months later, unable to withstand the competition. All my former colleagues found themselves out of work and took a long time to find new jobs. And frankly, they envied me.

Can artificial intelligence propose evening makeup ideas that look as if they were created for a fashion glossy shoot? To test this, I asked the AI to come up with five different looks focusing on a luxurious, modern, and expressive style. Then, images were generated for each description, and the result was quite intriguing.

Femme Fatale — expressive classic

Femme Fatale — makeup for a dramatic and impressive appearance.
Femme Fatale — makeup for a dramatic and impressive appearance.

The first look is named Femme Fatale and immediately sets a high level of drama.

The focus is on rich black smoky eyes with a soft blend, a long graphic wing, and voluminous lashes. Velvety matte skin, cool contouring, and a deep wine lip color complete the makeup.

In the image, this option looks cinematic and gives the impression of expensive professional makeup. It is perfect for an evening event, photo shoot, or any formal outing where one wants to create a bold and confident look.

Dark Glam — modern luxury

Dark Glam — makeup for modern luxury aesthetics.
Dark Glam — makeup for modern luxury aesthetics.

The second option turned out to be more restrained yet equally striking.

The AI suggested a combination of coal-black and chocolate smoky eyes with an elongated cat eye wing. The matte skin looks impeccable, and nude-brown lips keep the main focus on the expressive gaze.

The result is a makeup look that could easily be imagined in a marketing campaign for a premium cosmetics brand. It looks relevant, elegant, and maintains its drama.

Hollywood Glam — inspired by the red carpet

Hollywood Glam — makeup for fans of classic Hollywood chic.
Hollywood Glam — makeup for fans of classic Hollywood chic.

The third look draws on classic Hollywood style.

Golden-bronze eyeshadow warms and brightens the gaze, the wide wing accentuates the eye shape, and the rich red lipstick becomes the main element of the makeup.

In the generated image, this option reminds one of the looks worn by stars at major film awards. It looks festive, feminine, and remains relevant regardless of fashion trends.

Siren Eyes — mysterious gaze

Siren Eyes — makeup for a mysterious and expressive gaze.
Siren Eyes — makeup for a mysterious and expressive gaze.

The fourth option is based on the popular trend Siren Eyes.

The main feature of this makeup is the elongated smoky wings that visually lengthen the eyes. Instead of classic black shades, graphite and coffee tones are used, creating a softer look. The caramel lip color supports the overall harmony and does not distract from the eyes.

This makeup gives an impression of luxury and refinement while remaining versatile enough for various evening events.

Cherry Red Glam — bold choice

Cherry Red Glam — makeup for bright and bold evening looks.
Cherry Red Glam — makeup for bright and bold evening looks.

The final look turned out to be the brightest among all the suggestions.

Bordeaux-cherry smoky eyes are paired with rich ruby-red lips, and glowing skin adds freshness. Despite the expressive color palette, the makeup does not feel overloaded thanks to the clever distribution of accents.

This option will particularly appeal to those who love striking looks and are not afraid to attract attention.

Experiment results

The experiment showed that artificial intelligence can be a great source of inspiration when choosing evening makeup. Each of the five looks has its own mood and character — from restrained elegance to bold glamour, and all options looked professional and harmonious.

If I were to choose the most successful ideas, the list would look like this:

  • Femme Fatale — for a dramatic and impressive appearance.
  • Dark Glam — for modern luxury aesthetics.
  • Hollywood Glam — for fans of classic Hollywood chic.
  • Siren Eyes — for a mysterious and expressive gaze.
  • Cherry Red Glam — for bright and bold evening looks.

Personally, I liked Femme Fatale and Siren Eyes the most. Both options look expensive, emphasize the face's expressiveness, and fully meet modern beauty trends.

Which of these looks would you choose?

Chinese Moonshot Unveils Open AI Model Kimi K3 with 2.8 Trillion Parameters

Learn about the new open AI model Kimi K3 from the Chinese company Moonshot, featuring a record 2.8 trillion parameters, which promises to revolutionize artificial intelligence technologies.

Illustration with ancient symbols
Media question about ancient symbols

The Chinese company Moonshot AI has introduced Kimi K3 — one of the largest open language models in the world with 2.8 trillion parameters. The developers claim that the new model is already capable of competing with the best commercial AI systems, and in a number of specialized tests, it even surpasses them. The model weights are promised to be released in July 2026.

A few years ago, open large language models significantly lagged behind the closed systems of OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google. Now, this gap is rapidly narrowing. The Chinese company Moonshot AI claims that its new model, Kimi K3, has already reached the level of leading commercial solutions, and in some specialized tests, it has even outperformed them.

Nearly three trillion parameters — but without unnecessary computations

Kimi K3 is built on a Mixture-of-Experts architecture and contains 2.8 trillion parameters. The model initially supports image processing, and the maximum context window size reaches one million tokens.

Moonshot AI refers to Kimi K3 as the first open model belonging to the class of systems with nearly three trillion parameters. However, this impressive scale does not mean that all computational resources are engaged with each request. The architecture includes 896 specialized "experts," but only 16 of them are activated for processing each token. This approach significantly increases output efficiency compared to models that have to use the entire set of parameters for each query.

In everyday tasks, leaders are still ahead

The developers do not hide that, overall, the user experience with Kimi K3 still lags behind models like Claude Fable 5 and GPT-5.6 Sol. They estimate that these systems still provide a higher level of universal performance in daily use scenarios.

Nevertheless, the results of independent tests look much more interesting.

Where complex tasks matter, Kimi K3 takes the lead

In the FrontierSWE benchmark, designed to evaluate the capabilities of models in solving complex software engineering tasks, Kimi K3 received a score of 81.2. In comparison, GPT-5.6 Sol scored 71.3, while Claude Opus 4.8 scored 66.7.

Another measure, SWE Marathon, also favored the new model. Here, Kimi K3 achieved a score of 42, while GPT-5.6 Sol scored 39 and Claude Fable 5 scored 35.

The achievements are not limited to programming. In the BrowseComp test, the model set a new record — 91.2 points. Additionally, Kimi K3 showed the best results among existing frontier-level models in the following tests:

  • AutomationBench;
  • SpreadsheetBench 2;
  • OmniDocBench;
  • several visual reasoning tests.

Considering these results, Moonshot AI's new development demonstrates that open models are already capable of competing with the strongest closed systems not only theoretically but also in a number of practically significant areas.

Why it is wise to approach records with caution

High scores in benchmarks do not always signify a similarly noticeable superiority in real-world use. The performance of models in everyday tasks depends on many factors that cannot be fully reflected in standardized tests.

Additional complexity arises from the fact that in some of the mentioned tests, models were run through different agent environments (agent harnesses). This makes direct comparisons of results sometimes incorrect, and the figures require careful interpretation.

Nonetheless, the emergence of Kimi K3 shows that open artificial intelligence models have nearly caught up with the closed developments of leading American companies, and in certain specialized tasks, they are beginning to set a new level of performance.
