Qrazy Authors Contest Rules
The Qrazy Authors Contest is designed to reward users who create interesting, useful, and high-quality content. Every month, the best authors receive cash prizes and internal Qrazy Points.
1. General Provisions
Participation in the contest is free and automatically available to all registered users of qrazy.net.
By publishing content on the platform, the user automatically becomes a participant in the contest and agrees to these Rules.
2. Contest Purpose
Our goal is to build a community where people share knowledge, experiences, stories, ideas, and meaningful discussions. The contest encourages authors to create content that is genuinely valuable, engaging, and enjoyable to read.
Any original publication that complies with the platform rules may participate, including:
- real-life stories;
- tips and life hacks;
- questions;
- discussions;
- personal opinions;
- scientific hypotheses;
- theories;
- philosophical thoughts;
- recipes;
- analytical articles;
- and any other interesting original content.
There is no "correct" topic. A fascinating life story, a unique scientific theory, or even a great cooking recipe can become the winning publication if the community genuinely appreciates it.
3. Contest Period
The contest is held every calendar month.
All publications posted between the first and the last day of the month automatically participate.
Winners are announced during the first weekend of the following month after the results have been verified.
4. Prizes
- ๐ฅ First Place โ $150 USD
- ๐ฅ Second Place โ $100 USD
- ๐ฅ Third Place โ $50 USD
In addition to cash prizes, all participants earn Qrazy Points.
Qrazy Points can be used within the platform to unlock digital features, platform benefits, and other internal services.
5. Eligible Content
Publications from all categories of the platform are eligible, including:
- Questions
- Discussions
- Theories
- Debates
- Polls
- Opinions
- Stories
- and all other platform categories.
Every publication must comply with the platform rules and applicable laws.
6. How Winners Are Determined
Winners are selected automatically using Qrazy's internal publication ranking algorithm. The algorithm evaluates multiple quality indicators rather than relying on a single metric.
Primary Ranking Factors
- Meaningful community discussions.
- Number of unique users participating in the discussion.
- Comments and replies.
- User reactions.
- Real page views.
- Overall quality and presentation of the publication.
- Originality of the content.
- Reading time.
- Read completion rate.
- Repeat visits.
- Bookmarks and saves.
- New followers gained after publication.
- Author's publishing consistency.
- Other internal engagement metrics.
Different factors have different weights. For example, meaningful discussion is considered much more important than page views alone.
The ranking system is designed to reward quality and genuine community engagement rather than simply publishing a large number of posts.
7. What Does Not Improve Ranking
The following activities do not provide an advantage:
- publishing a large number of short posts;
- posting repetitive content;
- artificially increasing page views;
- asking users to react or vote;
- reaction exchange groups;
- coordinated commenting between related accounts.
8. Prohibited Activities
To ensure a fair competition, any attempt to artificially influence the contest results is strictly prohibited.
- artificially increasing page views;
- manipulating reactions or votes;
- manipulating comments;
- using bots or automated software;
- using multiple accounts;
- purchasing engagement or traffic;
- reaction or like exchange schemes;
- copying or plagiarizing third-party content;
- publishing content that is entirely or predominantly generated by artificial intelligence (AI);
- using AI to mass-produce publications, comments, or replies;
- using AI to create spam, manipulate engagement, or circumvent the platform's algorithms;
- publishing automatically generated content without substantial original contribution from the author;
- spam;
- any other actions intended to manipulate, exploit, or bypass the platform's ranking systems or contest algorithms.
9. Result Verification
All contest results are subject to automatic and manual verification.
The administration may remove suspicious activity, recalculate rankings, disqualify participants, or invalidate contest results if violations are detected.
10. Prize Payments
Cash prizes are paid after the contest results have been verified.
The administration may request information necessary to process the payment and comply with applicable legal or payment provider requirements.
If a winner does not respond within 30 calendar days after the official announcement, the prize may be considered forfeited.
11. Qrazy Points
Qrazy Points are a virtual internal platform currency.
They are not legal tender, have no independent cash value, cannot be redeemed for money unless explicitly stated by the platform, and may only be used within Qrazy.
12. Disqualification
The administration reserves the right to remove a participant from the contest in whole or in part if any of the following is detected:
- engagement manipulation;
- multiple account abuse;
- automated activity;
- spam;
- violation of the platform rules;
- violation of applicable laws.
13. Force Majeure
In the event of technical failures, server outages, algorithm errors, cyberattacks, or other unforeseen circumstances affecting the fairness of the contest, the administration reserves the right to postpone winner announcements, recalculate rankings, suspend the contest, or invalidate the affected contest period.
14. Contest Algorithm
The winner selection algorithm is proprietary intellectual property of Qrazy.
The complete ranking formula is intentionally not disclosed in order to prevent abuse and manipulation.
The administration reserves the right to modify ranking factors, weighting, evaluation methods, and anti-fraud mechanisms without prior notice whenever necessary to maintain the integrity of the contest.
15. Final Decision
The administration has the final authority in resolving all disputes related to the contest.
Participation in the contest constitutes full acceptance of these Rules.
